In our opinion, matters relating to the payment of wages and salaries of client staff are perhaps the most important services we deliver to our clients. Ensuring that everyone employed is paid on time, receives the correct amount, and has appropriate deductions made, is vital - and a huge benefit to our clients.

Many smaller businesses do not have the knowledge to handle this complex area, and larger businesses can often reduce costs by outsourcing these services.

What we can do for you

We employ a team of specialists whose only role is to support our clients in dealing with all the practical issues associated with employing staff. By concentrating all their efforts on this one area, they are extremely knowledgeable on all matters, such as:

  • PAYE and National Insurance
  • Statutory Sick Pay (SSP)
  • Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP)

They also ensure that all deadlines are met - which with payroll is essential.

Your staff are paid on time whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. They are paid the correct amount, with all appropriate deductions having been made.

Compliance with HM Revenue and Customs' rules and regulations is ensured. This includes monthly submissions of tax and National Insurance deductions, as well as annual returns (P35 and P60).

Dealing with new starts or leavers is always managed efficiently, and in many cases we liaise directly with our clients' bank in processing payments directly to staff bank accounts.

We can deal with a payroll of one person (perhaps a sole owner of a limited company) or payrolls for larger employers - our largest employing over 250 staff.

Our costs are extremely competitive and always agreed in advance. A monthly cost per employee, can be as low as £2.50.
